Residential Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a Residential Sales professional to support continued growth in the Pittsburgh market. This role will report directly to the Residential Director of Sales and is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated professional who thrives in a competitive, customer-focused sales environment. Job Summary
We are seeking a Residential Sales professional to support continued growth in the Pittsburgh market. This role will report directly to the Residential Director of Sales and is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated professional who thrives in a competitive, customer-focused sales environment. This individual will need to be motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a 100% quality on all customer service calls
- Conduct in home sales presentations and complete comprehensive home comfort system evaluations
- 2-4 in home presentations a day
- Proactively generate and develop self-generated leads.
- Ensure timely response to all customer requests
- Support the TUDI Mechanical Sales Team by assisting in the development of customized solutions that meet customer needs and service expectations
- Represent the company at Home Shows, Costco stores, and other networking events
- Actively market and promote TUDI Mechanical on a full-time basis.
- Prepare clear quotations and proposals for customers
- Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by TUDI Mechanical management.
- HS diploma/GED required.
- 2 years of in home sales experience
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Knowledge in residential HVAC, A/C, and furnaces.
