Job Title:

IT Support

Responsibilities: 

  • Triage, prioritize and quickly resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshooting with hardware and peripherals
  • Provide front line onsite or remote support to hardware users
  • Create documentation and training materials as it relates to system configuration and processes
  • Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by Tudi Mechanical management

Qualifications:

  • At least three (3) years of experience providing onsite or helpdesk desktop/laptop support
  • Self-sufficient, determine when additional support is needed 
  • Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and think outside the box
  • Desktop/laptop support experience
  • Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite
  • LAN/WAN experience
  • Understand and experienced with virtualized environments

Preferred/Bonus:

  • Crystal Reports
  • SQL Management Studio with experience in queries, triggers, stored jobs
  • SQL Reporting Services
  • Salesforce
  • 3CX hosted PBX
  • MaaS360 or equivalent mobile device management platform
