Job Title:

IT Support

Responsibilities:

Triage, prioritize and quickly resolve technical issues
Troubleshooting with hardware and peripherals
Provide front line onsite or remote support to hardware users
Create documentation and training materials as it relates to system configuration and processes
Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by Tudi Mechanical management

Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of experience providing onsite or helpdesk desktop/laptop support
Self-sufficient, determine when additional support is needed
Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Willingness to learn and think outside the box
Desktop/laptop support experience
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite
LAN/WAN experience
Understand and experienced with virtualized environments

SQL Management Studio with experience in queries, triggers, stored jobs
SQL Reporting Services
Salesforce
3CX hosted PBX
MaaS360 or equivalent mobile device management platform
