We are looking for an experienced RECRUITER in our Pittsburgh, PA office.  The qualified candidate must be a high-energy, self-starter with a strong work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary responsibilities of this position are: in-depth sourcing of candidates, recruiting candidates, and coordinating interviews at all phases.

  • Research and recommend creative and effective sourcing strategies, including non-traditional ones (cold-calling, internet mining, social networking sites, etc.), to find appropriate active and passive candidates.

  • Advertise vacancies in accordance with agreed-upon sourcing strategy.

  • Develop relationships with universities/technical schools undergraduate and alumni services and association leaders.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by supplying information about TUDI Mechancial Systems, the business unit or resource unit, and the job.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with candidates to attract them to TUDI Mechanical Systems and keep them interested in the company.
  • Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by the Tudi Mechanical management team.

SKILLS:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Outlook)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of three year’s recruiting experience, which includes: 
    • Expertise using resume databases, internet search tools, and/or social media networks to source and develop on-going talent pools that meet strategic hiring needs.
    • Sourcing passive candidates that fit TUDI Mechanical Systems present and future needs.
